At Satyashiva Fashion, we aim to provide quality fabrics and fashion materials to our customers across India. Since fabrics are delicate, customizable, and may vary slightly in appearance, we request customers to carefully read our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept return or replacement requests only in the following situations:

Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Manufacturing defect found in the product
Missing item in the package

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must remain unused, unwashed, uncut, and in original condition.
Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be available.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
For any damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product claims, customers must record a clear unboxing video before opening the package.

The video should clearly show:

The sealed package from all sides
Shipping label and order details
Continuous opening of the parcel without cuts or edits
The condition of the product received

This video acts as mandatory proof for verification purposes.

Without a proper unboxing video, claims related to:

damage
stains
missing products
incorrect items
torn fabrics
printing issues, or
package tampering

may not be accepted or considered valid from our side.

3. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are generally not eligible for return or refund:

Cut fabrics or customized orders
Dyed or specially processed materials
Products purchased during clearance or sale offers
Minor color variation due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings
Slight weaving or texture irregularities common in fabric manufacturing

4. Color & Design Disclaimer
We try our best to display product colors and designs accurately. However, slight variations may occur because of:

Mobile or monitor display settings
Photography lighting
Fabric texture reflection

Such minor variations shall not be treated as defects.

5. Return Approval Process
Once your return request is received:

1.Our team will review the issue and proof shared.
2.If approved, return instructions will be provided.
3.In certain cases, customers may be asked to self-ship the product to our provided address.

Satyashiva Fashion reserves the right to reject return requests if the product does not meet eligibility conditions.

6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after successful inspection and approval of the returned product.

Approved refunds may be processed through:

Bank transfer
Store credit (if applicable)

Refund processing may take approximately 7–10 business days depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.

Shipping charges paid during the order are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.

7. Replacement Policy
If a replacement is approved:

The replacement product will be dispatched subject to stock availability.
If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product or refund option may be offered.

8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Customized, processed, or specially arranged fabric orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

9. Refusal of Unreasonable Claims
Satyashiva Fashion reserves the right to refuse claims that appear fraudulent, misleading, incomplete, or abusive in nature.
